Unicorns Touch Rugby 

Touch Rugby is a minimal contact, 6-a-side game, based loosely on rugby. With no kicking, scrummaging, or tackling and because touch is minimal contact people of any gender play on the same pitch as equals. 

Touch Rugby is accessible to everyone, whether you are a current rugby player, looking to get back into rugby after some time out of the game or simply looking to try something new.

It’s fun, fast-flowing, and social, while still building on the core rugby union skills – perfect for any age or playing ability. 

As with any sport, Touch can get more complicated as you get more experienced and accustomed to tactics and positions. But the core skills and rules are easy to learn and remember, and because Touch is a minimal contact version of rugby where people of all ages and genders can play on the same pitch as equals!
